Hi, I'm Koen. I'm an audio engineer that specializes in the technical side of recording and live sound. I've been recording myself and working in DAWs ever since I opened up GarageBand when I was a kid. I also grew up working around computers at the hardware and software level (this website was coded by me). This passion for both recording and technology has led me to become obsessed with the technical side of the recording process. Right now, I'm working on completing my diploma in music technology at Douglas College where I'm set to graduate in 2026. It's helped me develop a varied toolbox in mixing, mastering, and recording, and given me cool opportunities like recording local bands and running sound for multiple open mics. My favorite thing in this world is problem solving, so if you need help with anything in the studio or on stage, hit me up.
